PROCESSING TIME:
We are currently manufacturing everything made to order. So there is a lead time of 5-10 business days just to manufacture. Then the item comes to us for inspection, and then to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We currently do not accept any returns. Everything we sell is produced in Limited Quantities. So please do not contact us for a return or refund.
EXCHANGE:
We will exchange your item only if it's our mistake, but we do self inspect every single item before it's shipped out. So proof will be necessary for this process. Not all exchange's will be granted.
SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on all Orders over $100 using code FREESHIP100. All Orders under $100 will have to pay a standard priority mail flat rate based on their location. From the time your package is shipped you should receive it in 2-3 based off where you live under perfect conditions.
